|THIS MAY NOT BE A PERFECT CIRCLE BUT IT IS A PERFECT … WHATEVER IT IS
Comparison is not true perception. The nature of reality can be known through direct revelation.
Yoga Sutra 2.30
ahimsa satya steya brahmacarya parigraha yamah
Yama consists of non violence truthfulness non stealing moderation and non covetousness.
Developing these virtues brings us inner peace. it helps create the inner stillness we are sitting with as we practice our yoga and meditation daily. These practices awaken our true bliss.
Yoga Sutra 2.31
jati desa kala samaya navacchinnah sarva bhauma maha vratam
These Great Vows are universal, not limited by class, place, time or circumstances.
Pantajali has taken this vow as a monk and these are absolute truths. As we practice Astanga Yoga as a householder, ( a person who leads an ordinary life) practicing these vows takes commitment and is required to practice these yamas, niyamas, meditation and asana practices working on them to deepen your inner stillness is yours to choose.
The tarot always has the answer. Its not a perfect circle but it is a perfect whatever it is. It gives me great comfort to know that everything is always perfect in its nature and this reality can be seen through observation.
