You may feel that you are losing your patience. Things are still not working out. But we do not have to be confined in long cycles of time and in space as big as galaxies. A certain gestation period is required before the complete satisfaction of all your wildest desires.

Yoga Sutra 2.6 

Drg darsana saktyor ekatmateva smita 

Pure consciousness is the power of seeing, but the ego is confused thinking the body/mind ( the instrument of seeing ) is the seer.

This sutra is reinforcing the  what the false pretense is .  The mistaken identity. We say “ I have a body” We do not use the phrase “ I am the body”. We know instinctually we are more than just a body.  The witness who sees the thoughts who sees the wonder through the eyes of the body.  The true Self. We are not the mind, we are not the thoughts produced by the mind.  If you think you are a product of the body you might as well identify yourself as a fart too. But the ego would never say with confidence “ I am a fart.”  This is not a act or smell that gives us false bravado.  But we allow the mind to proclaim “I am all of my thoughts and this body. If you are so sure that you are nothing but a body, then why are you not taking better care of it? “ 

I am content with waiting, I have seen the gestation cycles.  I know when I get in to a lull it is to incubate and rest for the next adventure that is about to unfold
