Mindful Meditation Monday

Please join us every Monday evening at 6pm – 7pm for a guided meditation practice in mindfulness.
This mediation is open to the community weekly free of charge. Please be a respectful to all learning the practice and a few minutes early as not to disturb others once we begin. Please bring a yoga mat or cushion or any other item to help yourself be comfortable. A limited number of chairs are available.
Please remove shoes at the entrance and practice noble speech while in the building.
